![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At £229.99 directly from Xiaomi the POCO X3 Pro looks like a temptingly priced flagship killer, but is it?, let's find out, it has a signature design with an IP53 rating for water and dust resistance, a large screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10 support, it has amazing battery life with fast 33W charging, it's also got balanced stereo speakers with great loudness, top notch performance and outstanding stability from that Snapdragon 860 chip, it also has a dependable camera, day or night, it can capture great 4K videos and EIS works like a charm, Android 11, feature rich MIUI 12, 3.5mm headphone jack, IR blaster and MicroSD card slot for expansion and a tempting price, however with all mid-range phones this one has some nitpicks but only 2, it's somewhat bulky and screen pixel response time isn't ideal, but those nitpicks aren't deal-breakers and this phone is a sub £300 flagship killer, it's basically what the OnePlus One aspired to be back in 2014 and that's not a bad thing, this phone can easily handle everything that a £1,000 flagship phone can do and at £229.99 as well, this phone is easily the best sub £300 phone of 2021 so far, hands down. ![]()
